One-time setup needed in CloudKit Console

iCloud won't let a website list your JHAs until JHA Rapid's records can be searched. The app works around this setting being off; a website can't.

Open icloud.developer.apple.com → CloudKit Database → container iCloud.com.fouledanchorsafety.jharapid.
Switch to Development, open Schema → Indexes, choose record type JHARecordV1, and add an index: field recordName, type Queryable. Save.
Click Deploy Schema Changes… and confirm, to copy it to Production.
Come back and press Try again. No app update is needed.

Help, diagnostics & settings

Web → iPhone: when this page says Confirmed on iCloud, your edit is saved. JHA Rapid picks it up the next time it syncs: when you open the app, bring it to the front, or pull to refresh.
iPhone → web: after you save in the app, this page shows the change within 30 seconds, or right away when you press Refresh.
Never overwrites: if a JHA changes in the app while you're editing it here, saving is blocked until you load the newer version.
Printing: Print / PDF lays the JHA out like the PDF the JHA Rapid app exports: same header, step table, chemical exposure summary, risk assessment summary and footer. Pick your region's layout and who prepared it, then choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog for a file.

Environment

CloudKit API token
